What a day! March 5th 2016 was the great Crane Lake Challenge at Voyagaire Lodge.
Thanks to volunteers in our community, Curt Mohawk (and his crew) and perfect weather conditions, the race went without a hitch. Twice the usual number of racers participated as many other races this winter were cancelled. Complete race results will be listed once they are available. The top speed was 174.08 mph in one thousand feet, there were 163 entries for racing and at least 500 spectators.
